The hanger injection molding process can be roughly divided into the following six stages: "mold closing - injection - holding pressure - cooling - mold opening - plastic hanger removal", the above process is repeated, and the product can be produced continuously. The hanger mould can be made into a multi-cavity mold, and multiple hanger products can be produced in one mold. At present, in the process of mold processing, most of the hanger molds with one out of two and one out of four are produced.
